Items may sell out quickly, especially limited drops, boutique items, handmade earrings, and seasonal collections.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier delays.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Grace & Ella Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy.

Items must meet return eligibility requirements before a refund is issued. Custom items, personalized items, earrings, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

Handmade and Custom Items

Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.
