Return Policy
We want you to love your order! If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging when possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at graceandellacreations@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Earrings or personal accessories for hygiene reasons
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to place a new order and request a return for the original item, if eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
